Now, I’m going to diet. I prepared the menu, got the low calories even eat more. I’m doing it just because of increasing my weight day by day. It has been making my clothes so tight. I don’t have any choice but diet that will be the most perfect way for me. From now I want to eat red rice, oat and whole wheat for the carbohydrate. I chose egg and fish for my protein and any vegies to make it all perfect. So, no worries about what my body’s needed. I hope my weight will decrease on next month and my salary will increase
